A soft reset for your day -
no perfection required.
☐ Drink a full glass of water before coffee/caffeine. (Bonus if you add electrolytes)
☐ Step outside or open a window for fresh air
☐ Take 3 deep, slow breaths
☐ Eat something with nourishing (ideally protein and fiber)
☐ Release guilt around rest or unfinished tasks
☐ Care for your body with intention (supplements, skincare, makeup or rest)
☐ Give yourself grace, not perfection
☐ Eat a protein-rich meal or snack
☐ Add fruits, veggies, or greens
☐ Listen to hunger and fullness cues
☐ Hydrate throughout the day
☐ Stretch, walk, or move your body gently
☐ Choose movement that feels supportive
☐ Rest when your body asks
☐ Say no to one draining thing
☐ Create one calm moment
☐ Put your phone down intentionally
☐ Reflect on one win from today
☐ Prepare one small thing for tomorrow
☐ Unplug before bed
☐ Go to sleep knowing you did enough
